If you are only a hobbyist musician with a passion project that doesn't generate income or doing some other project for yourself and its not business related then this will obviously not apply to you.

This is mainly more for signed bands on major labels and other businesses that intend to make a high amount of sales using my artwork.

I was offering licensing of the same image to multiple non-competing industries. This was causing confusion for a lot of people, mostly people that didn't bother to read the terms. So now i have made each design available to 1 client again to streamline things for people.

If you plan to use my art for decades it wouldn't make sense to not ask for royalties.
  I'll will be updating all available design licenses to be sold to 1 customer only with unlimited usage of the art;(print it on anything) with the added request for 10% royalties per year for any profits over 10k U.S.D..
That's more than fair.

For this it would make sense to request yearly financial statements for profits made using my art. If I do not receive a statement, I will assume you are not using the art and put it back up for sale if i see you still using it without compensating with royalties.

After purchase I will send you this contact to sign.

The license is not for resale to a third party unless I know about it.

I will not sign over authorship of the artwork under any circumstances. All art listed on this website is created solely by Mark Cooper and i reserve the right to make prints of my work.
